Contact and Enquiry Form
When you submit an enquiry through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, the service and sector you select, and the content of your message.
Careers Application Form
When you apply for a role through our Careers page, we collect your name, location, the job title you are applying for, and your CV, which may contain further personal data such as your employment history, education and contact details.
How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data described above for the following purposes:
To respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact form and to assess whether we can assist with your project;
To process and assess job applications submitted through our Careers form, including contacting applicants regarding their application;
To maintain records of our correspondence with clients, prospective clients and candidates; and
To comply with our legal obligations, where applicable.
Our lawful basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing recruitment, and, where you apply for a role, the steps necessary to consider entering into a contract with you.
Who We Share Your Data With
We use a third-party form processing service, Formspree, to receive and forward submissions from our Contact and Careers forms to the relevant BESAT Group inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and may store submitted data, including uploaded CVs, on servers located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share personal data with professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where we are required to do so by law.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain enquiry and application data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including any period required to respond to your enquiry, assess your application, or satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for a limited period in case suitable future vacancies arise, after which they are securely deleted.
