Every activity on a licensed or defence site sits within a strict regime of safety, security and quality — from the Office for Nuclear Regulation's 36 site licence conditions to the vetting and assurance standards these programmes demand. We operate inside that regime as a trusted supply-chain partner, providing the competent, cleared people and specialist services that keep safety-related work moving.
Across the UK's operating fleet, new-build programmes and the NDA decommissioning estate, we deliver hands-on industrial services — scaffolding and access, insulation, mechanical, electrical, painting and heat tracing — alongside engineering support, asset integrity and maintenance. Our people are SQEP, our works are controlled through inspection and test plans, and everything is documented to the traceability standard a licensee's management system requires.
All our personnel are screened to BPSS as standard, with SC clearance held as a minimum for our site teams and DV-cleared personnel available for selected specialist services where a project requires that level. Whether engaged as a specialist delivery partner or embedded within a client's integrated team, we bring the security-conscious discipline, quality assurance and safety culture that nuclear and defence work is built on.

How We Work
Delivery built around safety, security and assurance.
On nuclear and defence sites, how work is delivered matters as much as what is delivered. We mobilise SQEP, security-cleared crews who work within the site licensee's management arrangements and the relevant licence conditions, with quality controlled through inspection and test plans and full documentation traceability. Working to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards and integrate with client permit-to-work, safety-case and governance processes, so our scope is delivered safely, compliantly and without adding regulatory risk. Clients engage us as a specialist delivery partner for defined packages, or embed our people within their own teams to add cleared, competent capacity exactly where it is needed.
