Most of our commercial work is new project delivery. We are engaged by main contractors as a specialist subcontract package partner, and directly by clients and developers, on new build and major project schemes — office developments, corporate headquarters, mixed-use, retail and industrial buildings across the UK.
We tender, price and self-deliver defined packages: mechanical and electrical installation, scaffolding and access, insulation and pipework lagging, painting, decorating and protective coatings, and heat tracing and frost protection. Because the operatives are directly employed and supervised by us, a package is resourced, sequenced and finished by one accountable team — with the programme discipline, RAMS, records and handover documentation a principal contractor expects.
We work alongside principal contractors, developers, asset owners, facilities managers and consultants, integrating into your programme, site rules and reporting from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Where it helps, we can also bring engineering, design, procurement and project management around the package rather than only the labour.
Alongside new build, we deliver fit-out, refits and refurbishment — CAT A and CAT B fit-out, workplace reconfiguration, landlord and tenant works, and rolling refit programmes across property portfolios. We also take on compliance and lifecycle upgrades, building services replacement, and decarbonisation and energy efficiency works, delivered in occupied buildings with minimal disruption to tenants and trading.

How We Work
Main contractors need a package partner they don't have to manage twice. We tender realistically, mobilise directly-employed crews, and take ownership of our scope on your programme — with the RAMS, competent supervision, progress reporting, quality records and handover documentation a principal contractor expects, and one point of contact accountable for all of it. Holding the trades in-house means M&E, access, insulation, coatings and heat tracing are coordinated by us rather than strung across several subcontractors, which removes interfaces, protects the programme and keeps quality consistent. Clients and developers engage us the same way for works direct, and where it helps we can wrap engineering, design, procurement and project management around the package rather than supplying labour alone.
